Q: How do I return what I ordered?

Q: What are TD's Return Standards?

All tags & packaging are in tact.  The item is unworn & NEW, we need to be able to sell it as NEW. If it is a manufacturer defect/design error or you received the wrong item, please take photos & email w/ a brief description to CS@taticaldistributions.com. If it is worn or in poor shape at no fault of our own or the manufacturers, we will return the item back to you with no refund.

All PO Boxes, APO & FPO must ship USPS, or it will be returned to our warehouse.
 
USPS does not provide real time tracking and you can not intercept a package or change the address.

Q: How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
A: Our goal is to provide same day shipping if the order is placed during business hours. All shipping time based on what the customer selected is calculated from 8am-3pm EST Monday-Friday. Our UPS option does NOT deliver on Saturday or Sunday. If you order on Friday, you will receive it on Monday. If you need Saturday delivery please call 1.866.916.6905, and we will try get you taken care of.
 
 
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. Please be aware that we have no control on your countries taxes and duties. It is YOUR responsibility to pay YOUR country's fees to retrieve your package. Once UPS reports the package has arrived and has attempted delivery(s) it is no longer Tactical Distributors responsibility, in most instances. EU customers are responsible for the EU VAT charges up to 150 Euro. We do NOT refund international shipping costs on orders or returns.
Q: How long does it take for International Orders to process?
A: After payment is received our international order gateway takes 24-48 hours to verify your payment and order. You will receive an order confirmation once it is verified & processed.

Discounts & Exclusions

Q: Why isn't my discount code working?

A: Please make sure you have logged into your account before applying a discount code. Discount codes no longer work with "guest" accounts. Unfortunately, International Orders are NOT eligible for discount codes.

Q: What is excluded from discounts?

A: In following guidelines set by our Vendors there are no discounts permitted on Arc'teryx, Salomon, Ares Gear, Crye Precision, Surefire, Howard Leight, UF PRO, Garmin, Ferro Concepts, Dynamis Alliance, LBT, Hesco, Sitka Arrowhead, GBRS Group, Winkler, North American Rescue, Otto, True North Concepts, Velocity Systems, Spiritus Systems, AXL Advanced, Live Q or Die & Oakley are excluded from sitewide sales. You cannot stack discounts, all Clearance, Sale and FINAL SALE! items are excluded unless otherwise specified.

Promotional discounts, such as the subscribe to our email, has a one per customer limitation. Tactical Distributors reserves the right to limit any use of promotional code at any time.

Promo codes and other discounts Tactical Distributors offers cannot be "stacked" with other promotions or clearance items. Tactical Distributors reserves the right to cancel, delete, or modify orders for customers. This includes customer orders that do not abide by rules set forth, such as a limit on the number of products that can be purchased.
